 Worried about the postman finding out where your packages are coming from?
With Honeylicious you don't have to worry! All of our packages are sent without any indication of the package contents, no brand names, or Honeylicious name. The only address apart from yours is a FREEPOST return address.
Depending on your selected method of delivery your packaging will be a completely opaque padded bag, or a silver plastic padded bag. See the picture below

We try and despatch all of our orders the same day or at the very latest early the next day.
We charge the following delivery rates:
Standard Royal Mail 'signed for' delivery within the UK - £3.95
Interlink Next Day Courier Delivery within the UK (Order before 1pm)- £5.95
International shipping is a fixed price of £12.95
If you're in the UK and your order is over £30 we will send it on a standard service for free!
You have to sign for your order when it arrives.
If you're not in when your order is delivered the package will be left at your local post office and a card left.
Product Return Policy:
Honeylicious.co.uk offer a Customer Satisfying service, for all returns!
We will accept the return of any product that you purchase from us within 30 days if the product is un-opened and un-used. All you have to do is re-seal the bag and return it to us.
Unwanted Purchases
Due to the nature of the products listed on www.honeylicious.co.uk we cannot accept the return of any items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons, we're sure you understand.
If the item has not been opened or used you can return this product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you for the value of the product. In the event of returning an item of clothing, all tags must be intact.
If you have placed an order and changed your mind, this is fine, you can cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund, and if the goods have been delivered you can return them to us to Stand Consultants Ltd, PO Box 152, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 5WR
Faulty Goods
We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our stock is always at the highest level and in the unfortunate instances where an item is received that is faulty we will exchange this item for you on the day that we receive it back from you.
In the event of a faulty item, you can return it to a FREEPOST address that will be provided upon your request.
Refunds
We aim to refund you either by cheque or credit on your credit or debit card within 30 days of cancellation. As part of your duty of care we request that items being returned are received back in good condition and that they are unused.
Customer Complaints
All Customer Complaints are recorded as part of our Quality Control Procedures and you will receive a written response by email within 24 hours. If you have a complaint please email use the case system link provided to you with all email correspondence.. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
