Refund Policy
Honeylicious.co.uk endeavours to do
everything possible to ensure your purchase goes as smoothly as possible and
that you are happy with your purchase.
To give you complete confidence in our
service we offer a complete Customer Service Satisfaction Policy, which does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Faulty Goods
Sometimes products don’t work and in the
rare and unfortunate instances that this happens we would ask you to contact
our Customer Services department at your earliest convenience.
Honeylicious.co.uk offer a 90 day
replacement policy for products that don’t work. As soon as the fault is
verified a replacement or a refund will be processed.
When you contact Customer Services a
returns note will be sent to you. This must be completed and returned with the
faulty item.
We will provide you with a Freepost
address to use.
If the item has been used, please ensure
it has been cleaned prior to sending it.
Any items found to be working upon
return will either be scrapped or returned to you at your cost.
Incorrect items
If the wrong item is sent to you in error, then you must contact us to report the problem within 7 days of receipt.
In the case of incorrect items, please contact our Customer Services Department and advise of the error. We will then require you to return the item to the Freepost address provided.
We aim to refund you either by cheque or credit on your credit or debit card within 30 days of cancellation. As part of your duty of care we request that items being returned are received back in good condition and that they are unused, and a refund will be processed for you.
We do everything we can to avoid mistakes, but sometimes they do happen and we aim to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Unwanted Goods
It is ok to change your mind once you
are in receipt of your purchase.
In the case of unwanted goods we ask
that you notify us within 14 days of your decision, by contacting our Customer
Services Department.

We always recommend using a recorded delivery service for your unwanted items. We cannot be held responsible if your item goes missing in the post.
When your unwanted items are received back, and provided that they have not been opened or used and in good condition, a refund or replacement will be processed.
We will not refund you for the postage element of your order.
Free Gifts
If you change your mind about an item
and wish to return it, we also ask that you return all Free Gifts, if the value
of the return takes your total order value beneath the specific threshold for
the Free Gift in question.
If a Free Gift is not returned when it
should be then Honeylicious.co.uk reserves the right to deduct the value of the
Free Gift from the value of your refund. If you are requesting a replacement,
and a Free Gift has not been received, then the value of your replacement may
be affected.
Cancellations
If you change your mind following your
order, please ensure you contact the Customer Services Department at your
earliest convenience, preferably within 4 hours of placing your order.
If you cancel the order 4 hours or more
after it was placed then it is quite likely that the order has been despatched.
If the order has been despatched you can
still decide to return it, so please see our unwanted goods section for the
address and instructions.
We will refund you as soon as the item is returned, as long as it is in an unused, unopened and in good condition.
Lingerie and Clothing
Please ensure that if you try lingerie
on and it doesn’t fit, then please do so with your underwear on.
Any lingerie or clothing that is
returned to us will be inspected, and if we feel it has been worn or soiled in
anyway then we will either destroy it or if you would like us to return it then
we reserve the right to charge you for the return postage.
Sealed Items, Board Games, DVDs
Any items that are shipped with a
plastic seal cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
If items are returned with the seal not
intact will either be destroyed or returned to you at your cost.
Refunds
We aim to ensure all valid refund claims are dealt with immediately.
