How to Return a ProductWhen returning your purchase to Honeylicious.co.uk, unless it is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for the return postage, and arranging for it to be sent back. Alternatively, we can collect the items directly from you. There is however a charge for this that would be deducted from the cost of your refund. Please do ensure you receive, and retain, proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit. We will only cover the cost of postage when the item returned is faulty.
