Returning Your Order

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order from Honeylicious we accept returns for up to 365 days after you have ordered, whatever the reason. In the rare case that an item is faulty or damaged in some way, we will either replace it or refund you in full.

Perhaps your order turned out to be just not your thing - again, you can return it for an exchange or refund as long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and undamaged. Do please read our information on product care as we cannot refund or exchange products that have been used or damaged in the wash.

How to Return a Product

When returning your purchase to, unless it is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for the return postage, and arranging for it to be sent back. Alternatively, we can collect the items directly from you. There is however a charge for this that would be deducted from the cost of your refund. Please do ensure you receive, and retain, proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit. We will only cover the cost of postage when the item returned is faulty.

Returns Form

When returning your online purchase to us, please use the returns sheet which comes with every order, and clearly indicate whether you prefer a full refund or an exchange. Box up the items with the completed returns sheet and send it back to us at:
