Order Tracking

Our order tracking system will allow you to double check that we have the correct delivery details, the correct products selected and whether or not your order has been sent along with a tracking number. We do our best to despatch orders the same day or at the very latest the next day, but sometimes problems can crop up! If our tracking system says your order has been sent and it has been more than five days then it could simply be lost in the post. If you contact us to let us know we will quite happily get your order resent.

If for any reason you think there has been an error or there is going to be a problem delivering to your stated delivery address then please contact us as soon as possible here

If you have paid by Paypal and the order is showing as not paid with in an hour of ordering then don't worry sometimes there is a delay in Paypal notifying us of payment, but we will be aware of it and will be in process of preparing it.
